  • Rehabilitation therapy is the use of therapeutic exercises, soft tissue techniques, laser therapy, and many other modalities to improve the quality of life in pets with both acute and chronic conditions. Both dogs and cats benefit from this service with the goal of minimizing chronic pain and increasing mobility through increasing strength and coordination. We work with you to create a program that is tailored to your pet’s needs and give you the tools to continue the program at home, with regular check-ins to modify the plan as needed.

  • Common conditions treated include:

    • Osteoarthritis

    • Cranial Cruciate Ligament tears (pre- and post-operative)

    • Fractures

    • Intervertebral disc disease

    • Degenerative myelopathy

    • Weight loss

    Rehabilitation therapy is not limited to active disease processes! General wellness conditioning to benefit the hard-working athletic dogs (and the couch potatoes amongst us) who we love so much is also available. Building muscle and improving coordination aids in injury prevention and allows your companion to perform at their best.
