The Heart Behind Island Tides Veterinary Hospital

Our veterinary hospital started out as an idea in 2021. Our founding veterinarians had the vision to create a space that would provide high-quality veterinary care to pets while building an environment of respect and trust for our entire veterinary team. Fast forward to 2023 when our hospital opened its doors. We have been caring for pets ever since!

Island Tides Veterinary Hospital was founded by three local veterinarians. We are a family-owned and operated veterinary hospital that provides pet medicine, surgery, rehabilitation, preventative care, and other services for dogs and cats of the Comox Valley and surrounding communities. Our founding veterinarians are Fear Free Certified and strive to create a relaxing and informative experience for you, the pet owner, and your beloved pet.
