We are delighted that you are interested in joining our vet and pet community! Our goal is to provide the best possible care for your pet while promoting a healthy working environment for our hospital team.

Our veterinary family’s commitment to you is to provide compassionate, friendly, and attentive veterinary care for your family pet. We value respect, innovation, honesty, and transparency. We will work with you to ensure your family pet has the best possible life. A large part of that involves preventative medical care, including but not limited to: vaccinations, annual examinations, parasite prevention, and blood work.

Emergencies happen! We will work hard to provide care to patients requiring urgent or emergent assessments and treatments during office hours. Sometimes this will mean triaging your pet and creating an in-hospital treatment plan, or referring them to a specialty veterinary hospital.

Payment is due in full at the time that services are performed. If being admitted into the hospital, we cannot begin the care of your Pet until you have confirmed your desire to do so by 1) signing the client consent & estimate form, and 2) leaving an initial deposit of 50% of the upper end of the estimate. This is the only way that we have of knowing for certain that you want us to proceed with the care of your Pet. We accept Cash/Visa/Master Card/Interac payments. We neither extend credit nor bill for services. All open invoices are sent to collections after 45 days unless prior arrangements are made. *
