Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are. We are excited to meet you and your pet. Please fill out the New Client form to be registered with our hospital.
How do I make an appointment?
Please call the hospital to book an appointment.
My pet seems to have a medical/surgical emergency, but the hospital is closed. What do I do?
In the case of an after-hours emergency when our hospital is closed, please contact Central Island Veterinary Emergency Hospital (CIVEH) at (250) 933-0913. During office hours, please call us directly, and we will instruct you on the best next step.
