Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)

Veterinary Assistant/Client Care Representatives (CCRs)
Our Assistants and CCRs will share responsibilities and work closely with our RVTs and Veterinarians to create a low-stress and positive environment for our patients and clients. Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients, rooming patients, and handling payment
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, monitoring emails
- Updating patient charts (all cloud-based – no paper files!)
- Processing credit/debit payments and preparing end-of-day statements
- Holding patients for examination. We are practicing fear-free handling techniques in the hospital to reduce stress for everyone
- Assist with housekeeping duties and patient care
We want to set you up for success. In-hospital training and web-based training will be available for all Assistants and CCRs.
